For Smartphones:

We proudly offer a 1-year brand warranty for our smartphones, ensuring your peace of mind and the reliability of our products.

For Feature Phones:

We proudly offer a 1-year brand warranty for our feature phones, ensuring your peace of mind and the reliability of our products.

For Qwatches:

Our Qwatch come with a 07-day replacement and refund warranty, along with 3-month replacement warranty.

During the initial 07 days, we provide a replacement if the product is faulty upon delivery or if the wrong product is delivered. To be eligible for replacement, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its seal intact.

After the initial 07 days, customers can claim under the after-sales warranty if the product is damaged or not performing as expected. Smartlink will provide repair services, with customers responsible for the cost of spare parts and logistics.

Not Covered under Mobiles and Qwatches Warranty:

  • Any defect due to misuse, liquid damage, physical abuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty becomes void if the unit is tampered with, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel, or if the warranty seal is broken.
  • Warranty is void if the IMEI are deleted, defaced, or altered.
  • Damages caused by accidents, lightning, or acts of God.
  • Burns due to power failure or voltage surge.
  • The box with the serial number must be preserved during the whole warranty period.
